1. Take off the cap, fill with plain water up till 75% full or approx 100ml.
2. Press cap down to secure tightly.
3. Shake the bottle slightly to incorporate or spread out the gel mixture
4. Place in the freezer till fully frozen before use.

Ice Box is reusable and you do not need to empty the contents. Simply store in the freezer.

Note: Avoid overfilling the bottle beyond ¾ full, as the water and gel crystals will expand when frozen and may cause the icebox to bloat and have a bulge. Not to worry if your ice box have a bulge, it will not affect the its functionality.
