We offer FREE tracked shipping for local orders in Singapore above $85 (after discount codes). For orders below $85, a flat shipping rate of $5 will apply.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that cancellations will not be allowed once orders have been shipped.
When will my order arrive?
Orders take 1-2 working days to be processed. For local orders within Singapore, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. However, during festive seasons or unforeseen delays, it may take an additional 2-3 business days. We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible!
Please note that personalised products require a processing time of 5-7 business days (excluding shipping time), as each item is made to order.

What happens if I notice my personal particulars are incorrect after order is placed?
We often process orders as soon as we receive them or within 1-3 business days. Do drop us an email at hello@sunnyloftsg.com or DM us on instagram @sunnyloftsg. Note that once order have been shipped out, we will not be able to make any amendments from our end and any additional fees or charges will be borne by the customer.
