Shipping policy
All personalised orders are processed within 7-14 business days excluding shipping (additional 2-3 business days). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
We offer free domestic shipping for orders above SGD 85.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
SunnyLoft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages / Losses
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit or lost in-transit, get in touch with our customer service at hello@sunnyloftsg.com
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and attach clear photos of the damage or defect in your email together with your order number and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
We will not be able to accept returns or refunds if the item is used or not in its original packaging with tag still on.
